Spanning 275 square meters, the house boasts generous proportions, with an additional 60 square meters of covered pool terraces, all situated on a sprawling land size of 1,254 square meters.
The centerpiece of leisure is the impressive 12-meter by 5-meter swimming pool, with a depth of 1.5 meters, inviting endless hours of aquatic enjoyment. Three bedrooms, each equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans, feature luxurious king-size beds for restful nights. The master bedroom boasts the indulgence of an en-suite bathroom/shower and a walk-in wardrobe, while bedrooms 2 and 3 share a well-appointed bathroom with both bath and shower facilities.
Culinary delights await in the extensive fitted kitchen, complete with a gas hob and hood, microwave oven, and frost-free fridge/freezer. A feature outdoor covered Thai kitchen adds a touch of authenticity to your culinary adventures. Practical conveniences include a separate utility and storage room housing a washing machine and dishwasher.
The villa’s spacious interior unfolds seamlessly into an open-plan dining room and living room, offering ample space for gatherings and relaxation. An open-plan office area and snug overlook the inviting swimming pool, providing a tranquil backdrop for work or leisure.
For added convenience, a double covered carport ensures sheltered parking for vehicles. Wunderschöne saubere Poolvilla!
Die Wohnung sowie der Pool werden gereinigt. Stuart begrüßt einen herzlich und zeigt Ihnen die gesamte Anlage gibt Tipps zum Essen gehen und kümmert sich um die Vermietung von Rollern und alles andere super schnell. Einfach die perfekte Ferienwohnung mit super schnellem Internet (IPTV),einem Fitnessstudio, einer gut ausgestattet Küche und sogar einer Waschmaschine mit Waschpulver. Die richtige Entscheidung zum relaxen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Fabulous Villa – highly recommended
We are regulars to this villa and have been coming for many years. The villa is a real delight – it’s a wonderful home away from home. The pool is fabulous and the kitchen very well equipped. I would live here if I could! Villa is set a few kilometres from the beach inland, but for me that’s the best thing. It is surrounded by mature well manicured gardens and its green everywhere. The beach is easily accessible if needed. A car is needed. Stuart and his team onsite, provide assistance (and smiles) for anything that’s needed.

Le paradis sur terre
Nous avons séjourné pendant 12 jours dans ce petit paradis qui était juste fait pour nous. La villa est tout simplement magnifique, décorée avec goût, sa piscine de 12 mètres dans un écrin de verdure et de fleurs tout aussi magnifiques. Un enchantement pour les yeux et les oreilles (oiseaux et le calme). Une invitation au bonheur tout simplement. La villa est située à environ 2 km de la plage de Maenam, mais ce n’était pas un problème, pour nous avec une location de voiture largement conseillée, car pour ceux qui ne peuvent ou ne veulent pas louer de voiture (conduite à gauche un peu particulière), mieux vaut s’abstenir de louer à Samran Gardens Villa, qui comprend plusieurs villas de différentes tailles, mais toutes séparées des unes des autres, ce qui fait que nous avons l’impression d’être seuls au monde. Il est à noter que les photos ainsi que les prestations décrites sont exactement conformes à la réalité aucune mauvaise surprise, je dirais même que de bonnes surprises. Un grand merci à Stuart et sa femme pour leur gentillesse et la facilité que nous avons eu pour louer cette magnifique villa. A bientôt et continuer à bien entretenir ce petit paradis.

Villa strepitosa
Abbiamo soggiornato nella splendida Baan Sansuk Villa all’interno del Samran Gardens Complex di Maenam per 8 giorni. La villa, composta da una master bedroom con bagno ensuite (con doccia esterna balinese, vasca da bagno e due lavabi) e due camere da letto matrimoniali con altri 2 bagni (uno con vasca e doccia separati e l’altro di servizio all’ingresso della Villa) tutte dotate sia di aria condizionata che di ventilatori, è stata semplicemente strepitosa. La cucina, la sala pranzo ed il salotto sono un enorme “open space” con mega vetrate e porte finestre che danno su un meraviglioso giardino tropicale totalmente privato, ricco di fiori coloratissimi, piante ed alberi che incorniciano una gigantesca piscina lunga 12 metri. La cucina è fornitissima d’utensili, bicchieri di ogni tipo, posate, pentole, piatti, un gigantesco frigorifero, forno, microonde, piano cottura a gas (ve ne è anche un secondo esterno, in terrazza), lavastoviglie e qualsiasi altra cosa di cui potreste mai aver bisogno per un soggiorno paradisiaco.
Il salotto ha un comodissimo divano ad “L”, un’enorme televisione a schermo piatto con tv satellitare da cui abbiamo potuto seguire tutta la Serie A italiana e la Coppa Italia (proprio come se fossimo stati a casa!), un sacco di ventilatori e luci soffuse come faretti ed abat jour, per creare un’atmosfera davvero accogliente e romantica. Tutta la Villa è coperta da connessione internet wifi gratuita. Ogni 3-4 giorni circa la Villa viene totalmente pulita, tutte le lenzuola cambiate, così come tutti gli asciugamani nonostante ci sia sia una lavatrice in loco. Il Villa Manager, Mr Stuart, è stato semplicemente strepitoso dalla prima nostra e-mail di richiesta di informazioni, rispondendo ad una miriade di domande ed assistendoci durante tutto il nostro soggiorno senza esser mai invadente. L’unica nota “dolente” che sento di voler condividere (ma è una considerazione che potrebbe apparire soggettiva), è che per tutti i membri del viaggio i letti (o per meglio dire, i materassi), son risultati estremamente scomodi perché troppo rigidi e duri. Anche i cuscini, durissimi e molto alti (da far venire il torcicollo!) sono stati un problema, che purtroppo neanche Stuart ha potuto risolvere non avendone di altro tipo a disposizione. Magari se siete amanti di un letto duro non sarà per voi un problema, ma per noi purtroppo lo è stato.
Per completezza d’informazione, se vorrete soggiornare in questo splendido complesso dovrete necessariamente affittare una macchina (noi con Baht 1200 al giorno abbiamo preso un’ottima Honda Civic 1.8) che ci ha permesso di essere assolutamente liberi ed autonomi, visto che il Samran Gardens non è sulla strada principale (la 4169) ma è sulla Soi 5, all’interno, in mezzo al verde ed alla giungla (bellissima!), dove non udrete altro rumore che il cinguettare degli uccellini. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso!

I’d like to be back
We stayed at Baan Sansuk for 2 weeks and the whole family and also our friends really enjoyed the villa. It was in a very nice, quiet location, and the villa itself was well equipped, comfortable, and had a high standard of furnishing. The children especially enjoyed the private swimming pool which was safe for them, with comfortable terraces and seating. The staff were very helpful, with special thanks to Ray, and to Stuart for his proactiveness which went beyond our expectations. All the staff did a great job, and we were very happy and intend to return again.
