Villa Description
Baan Flora is unique in being the only 2 storey pool villa within Samran Gardens.
The villa sleeps up to 6 guests and enjoys the benefits of fibre optic internet throughout and an iptv streaming service with an extensive range of tv channels, movies, series & sports in a wide range of languages.
Accommodation & Facilities
- **Bedrooms:** The villa comprises three bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for added comfort. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature king-sized double beds, while Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed, providing ample sleeping space for up to 6 guests.
- **Built-in Wardrobes:** Each bedroom is outfitted with built-in wardrobes, offering ample storage space for guests’ belongings.
- **Security Safe:** For added peace of mind, a security safe is provided in the master bedroom on the first floor, to securely store valuables.
- **Living Room:** The spacious living room features a TV wall and ceiling fans, creating a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment.
- **Fitted Kitchen:** An extensive fitted kitchen awaits, complete with a feature breakfast island and modern appliances, including a gas cooking hob, fan-assisted electric oven, integrated dishwasher, built-in microwave oven, and frost-free fridge/freezer.
- **Open Plan Dining Room:** Adjacent to the kitchen is an open-plan dining room with seating for six guests, perfect for enjoying meals together.
- **Outdoor Dining Sala:** Step outside onto the feature sand-washed pool deck, complete with a non-slip surface, and find an outdoor dining sala with seating for six people, ideal for al fresco dining amidst the lush surroundings.

Rental Rates
Weekly Price (minimum booking/payment of 7 days)

- 3 bb fibre optic internet service

Bookings of 4 weeks or more
For bookings of 4 weeks or more, please enquire for separate rates
Bookings of 4 weeks or more do not include electricity & domestic water.

Payment Terms
- 50 % of the total payment is due at the time of booking
- The remaining balance is due 2 months prior to arrival
- All payments to be made through bank transfer

- No Smoking inside the villa
- No Pets allowed
Cancellation Policy
- We do not offer refunds in the event a cancellation has to be made, however, we are more than happy to hold the reservation for a period of 12 months, however we cannot guarantee that the preferred dates will be available.
