Two elegantly appointed bedrooms await, each boasting air-conditioning and ceiling fans for optimal comfort. Sink into king-size beds in both rooms, promising restful nights. The master bedroom enchants with its en suite bathroom and shower, complemented by a feature walk-in wardrobe. Meanwhile, the second bedroom enjoys the luxury of a large adjacent bathroom.
The villa’s heart lies in its fitted kitchen, complete with modern amenities including a built-in dishwasher, gas cooking hob, microwave oven, and frost-free fridge/freezer. A separate utility and storage room houses a front-loading washing machine and tumble dryer, catering to practical needs with ease.
Entertainment and relaxation converge seamlessly in the large open-plan dining room and living room, where ceiling fans ensure a pleasant ambiance. An open-plan office area overlooks the inviting swimming pool, offering a serene backdrop.

Cancellation Policy
- We do not offer refunds in the event a cancellation has to be made, however, we are more than happy to hold the reservation for a period of 12 months, however we cannot guarantee that the preferred dates will be available.

Rental Rates
Weekly Price (minimum booking/payment of 7 days)

Weekly rates include the following
- Electricity and domestic water usage
- Swimming pool & garden maintenance service
- House cleaning service 1 time per week
- Change of bed linen & villa towels 1 time per week
- 3 bb fibre optic internet service
Bookings of 4 weeks or more
For bookings of 4 weeks or more, please enquire for separate rates
Bookings of 4 weeks or more do not include electricity & domestic water.

Payment Terms
50 % of the total booking is due at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance is due 2 months prior to arrival
All payments to be made through bank transfer

Lovely Samran Gardens very very peaceful place to stay and lovely people.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 2 months this year and last year. Very restful place to stay with lovely staff and Stuart and his wife are extremely helpful. Plus what more could you wish for than the lovely pool to splash into when the heat is on.
