Welcome to our premium 4-bedroom villa, providing a spacious environment with particular emphasis on comfort and relaxation.
Baan Lotus affords a generous arrangement of guest accommodation with four private bedrooms, three bathrooms with additional guest toilet suite, (two ensuite bathrooms) and a spacious private swimming pool with adjoining sauna.
The fabulous western fitted kitchen with every conceivable fitted appliance provides the perfect environment for guests to self cater in comfort.
Internal and external dining provide perfect choice for all occasions
Further convenience extends to an international Iptv streaming service with additional radio channels as well as a laundry/utility room with front loading washing machine and additional refrigerator.
We pride ourselves in the fact that guests struggle to find anything that is missing to ensure their comfort and convenience during their holidays.

Cancellation Policy
- We do not offer refunds in the event a cancellation has to be made, however, we are more than happy to hold the reservation for a period of 12 months, however we cannot guarantee that the preferred dates will be available.

Payment Terms
50 % of the total booking is due at the time of reservation.

Superbe Villa

Great villa for a couple of families. Fabulous garden too. Helpful staff. Worth noting that the pool does not have shallow end.

The only disappointing part was having to leave.
As a group of four, we stayed in Baan Lotus for two fantastic weeks. From the very beginning, Stuart at Samran Gardens was extremely helpful. We arranged transfers to & from the airport with him and these both arrived promptly as promised. He and his staff were on hand to offer advice where needed, which was particularly helpful for activities and exploring the island.
Their welcome pack also gave us some great tips on where to eat locally. Whilst the staff were accessible, they were never intrusive and we always had our privacy. The villa itself is stunning with everything being finished to an extremely high standard. The pool and gardens were both fantastic and the bedrooms were all comfortable, spacious and air conditioned.
There’s a safe in the villa, there’s plenty of light, along with metal gates at the front of the complex so reassuringly, being so far away from home, it felt very secure. We had everything we could ever need. The villa was cleaned 2 or 3 times during our stay and this was always done when we were out meaning we were never interrupted or inconvenienced in any way. The grounds of Samran Gardens are again stunning, well kept and provide you with a great deal of privacy, without being too far away from things, though I would recommend hiring a car which is pretty cheap to do.
I would recommend this villa to anybody and we will definitely be returning as soon as we can. Koh Samui is a brilliant place to stay and I rarely post reviews, however, staying at Baan Lotus helped all of us to have an absolutely fantastic holiday so we felt compelled to share our experience.

Paradise
Back to Blighty, and time to thank you for making our stay so memorable. For us the word “paradise” for holidays is often overused, but in this case, it is justified. Before we arrived, your responses to email enquiries were reassuringly prompt, and informative.
When we arrived, you struck the right balance between availability to help and our privacy. The villa was beautifully appointed, the garden wonderful, and we felt really spoilt. Thank you for helping us have an amazing holiday.

Great place to stay
From the very first contact with Stuart we knew we had made a right choice – he was very helpful with all our requests. The same continued throughout our stay in Baan Lotus – his office is very conveniently located and we sure made use of that! The property itself is very spacious and just perfect for two families. Whilst the kids could be close to each other, the adults we placed far enough from each other and kids (not that far that you would forget about them though).
We did not spend much time indoors, but it had everything you need and more – well equipped kitchen made us want to cook a few meals at home, but mostly we ate out. The decking and the pool were where we spent most of our time when we were in. Its well designed and keeps you cool when it gets very hot. Coming from Estonia – the sauna was a great bonus, i bet nobody has ever used it as much as we did – it was great! The development is a bit far from the beaches to walk to any of them but still just a very short drive away. Our favourite one was Buddha Beach and that is just 10min drive.
As a tip we would recommend to ask about everything from Stuart before you go out to wonder yourself – saves a lot of time! The only negative was that there was no bbq, however we totally understood why (maybe a built in one would sort the problem?!). Overall we had great time and would definitely come back.

Fabulous home from home, peaceful set in beautiful gardens
We stayed for 4 weeks, the villa provided a fabulous home from home, with lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The villa was well managed, all the staff were very friendly and would recommend the villa and resort to those who are looked for a lovely peaceful holiday, also close to Fishermans village, Maenam etc.

Beautiful and tranquil!
We absolutely loved our stay there. We were a party of five, including a 7 year old child. I did a lot of research before booking the Baan Lotus Villa and I have to say, the property exceeded all our expectations. Highlight is definitely the large infinity pool – direct access from the two main bedrooms, very private, wonderful view of the well-kept garden with lots of tropical flowers and plants.
The pool is great for everyone that can swim; it doesn’t really have a shallow area. The whole property is extremely well kept and the villa is very well equipped with everything, including a washing machine. We loved the great attention to detail in the furnishing, decor and lighting throughout the house and around the pool. The villa has a very warm and welcoming feel to it and we felt at home right away. Property managers, Stuart and Ray were amazing in answering all our questions before and during our vacation !
the villa is a few minutes away from the village Mae Nam and the beach, it’s a must to rent a car. We had a car, which we used for day trips on the island and additionally rented a scooter, just to get to the beach or the store. Scooter rental places are everywhere and very cheap. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Baan Lotus and would definitely come back!
