Samran Gardens was established in 2003 by Stuart & Ravadee Evans, who to this day,  reside within the development, running the business, in-person, on a daily basis.

Stuart has an extensive property sales and management background in the U.K and Thailand, 35 years combined, along with property construction and project development of over 50 homes on the island of Koh Samui over the last 20 years.

Samran Gardens comprises of 28 private pool villas set within lush landscape gardens and grounds . A particular emphasis at the initial planning stage was the creation of space and natural floral surroundings, resulting in a most sought-after and inviting Hamlet of properties, subtly and peacefully peacefully tucked away in the coconut grows of the village of Maenam

Complete property care and maintenance is provided by Stuart and Ravadee to all owners (if required) as well as a full bespoke holiday rental & management service.

Our small, bespoke portfolio of rental pool villas are available throughout the year for short holiday breaks or longer if required, offering everything you would require to ensure a home from home environment.

Perfectly suited to couples and families looking for peace and quiet in a relaxing environment, yet only 2.3 km away from the amenities and facilities of Maenam village.

We stayed for 1 week at Baan Ma Prao Oon. This was the perfect house for us with two young children. The house has all the conveniences for a comfortable time. The pool and garden is gorgeous. Fully maintained and serviced. We have stayed in several of the houses at Samran Gardens over many years while visiting Koh Samui. Each and every time has been fabulous. Great for families or couples to enjoy the luxury of a private villa.

Lovely Samran Gardens very very peaceful place to stay and lovely people
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 2 months this year and last year. Very restful place to stay with lovely staff and Stuart and his wife are extremely helpful. Plus what more could you wish for than the lovely pool to splash into when the heat is on.

Paradise
Back to Blighty, and time to thank you for making our stay so memorable. For us, the word “paradise” for holidays is often overused, but in this case, it is justified. Before we arrived, your responses to email enquiries were reassuringly prompt and informative. When we arrived, you struck the right balance between availability to help and our privacy. The villa was beautifully appointed, the garden wonderful, and we felt really spoilt. Thank you for helping us have an amazing holiday.

Fabulous Villa – highly recommended
We are regulars to this villa and have been coming for many years. The villa is a real delight – it’s a wonderful home away from home. The pool is fabulous and the kitchen very well equipped. I would live here if I could! Villa is set a few kilometres from the beach inland, but for me, that’s the best thing. It is surrounded by mature well-manicured gardens and green everywhere. The beach is easily accessible by car if needed. Stuart and his team on-site, provide assistance (and smiles) for anything that’s needed.
